How to Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your Paskii account, you can do so using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Through the Paskii App
- Open the Paskii app on your device.
- Navigate to your Profile by tapping your profile icon.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your request.
Option 2: Via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by email:
- Send an email to support@paskii.com
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address or phone number associated with your Paskii account.
Data Handling
When you request account deletion, the following will occur:
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
- Saved payment methods
- Service history and task records
- Chat messages and communications
- Reviews and ratings you have given or received
- Location data and preferences
Data That May Be Retained
- Transaction Records: We are required by law to retain financial transaction records for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes. This data will be anonymized where possible.
- Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage data may be retained to improve our services.
- Legal Obligations: Any data required to comply with legal, regulatory, or law enforcement requests.
Processing Time
Your account deletion request will be processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
