How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your Paskii account, you can do so using one of the following methods:


Option 1: Through the Paskii App

  1. Open the Paskii app on your device.
  2. Navigate to your Profile by tapping your profile icon.
  3. Go to Settings.
  4. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your request.

Option 2: Via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

  • Send an email to support@paskii.com
  • Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  • Include the email address or phone number associated with your Paskii account.

Data Handling

When you request account deletion, the following will occur:


Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
  • Saved payment methods
  • Service history and task records
  • Chat messages and communications
  • Reviews and ratings you have given or received
  • Location data and preferences

Data That May Be Retained

  • Transaction Records: We are required by law to retain financial transaction records for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes. This data will be anonymized where possible.
  • Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage data may be retained to improve our services.
  • Legal Obligations: Any data required to comply with legal, regulatory, or law enforcement requests.

Processing Time

Your account deletion request will be processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
