Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Paskii Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Paskii is a marketplace that connects users seeking services ("Consumers") with independent providers offering those services ("Taskers"). Paskii is not a service provider and does not employ Taskers. We facilitate the connection and secure payment processing.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Paskii. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Identity Verification

To maintain safety, we may require users (especially Taskers) to provide government-issued identification (BVN, NIN) for verification. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that fail verification.

5. Payments and Escrow

Payments for tasks are held in escrow. Consumers fund the task upon hiring a Tasker. Funds are released to the Tasker only after the Consumer confirms the task is completed satisfactorily. Paskii charges a service fee for facilitating the transaction.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to use the Platform for any illegal purpose, to harass others, or to post false or misleading information. Any violation may result in immediate account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Paskii is not liable for the conduct of any user or the quality of the services provided by Taskers. Disputes should be resolved directly between the Consumer and Tasker, though Paskii may provide dispute resolution assistance.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
